Client’s first-degree felony murder conviction vacated.

Pete Johnson and Anders Erickson successfully petitioned Beltrami District Court to vacate their client’s first-degree felony murder conviction based on the Legislature’s Act of May 19, 2023, which allows for retroactive application of the new aiding and abetting felony murder statute. Client will be home with family for the holidays!
