Anders Erickson

Anders has represented clients in over 200 criminal appeals. His experience includes direct appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court, petitions for postconviction relief before district courts throughout Minnesota, petitions for review before the Minnesota Supreme Court, and petitions for writ of certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United States.  Anders has represented clients in cases involving every type of criminal charge, including murder, manslaughter, illegal firearm possession, criminal sexual conduct, assault, domestic assault, threats of violence, burglary, arson, fraud, DWI, and controlled substance crimes.
